Objectives of the Course To inform the legal rights and responsibilities in the process of presenting the art product to the public. To teach the reasons and methods of protecting the right arising from creativity and invention by understanding the historical and intellectual foundations of the concept of right. To learn the qualitative features of the Idea and Art product (work-work) by examining the traditional and contemporary theories about the development of the concept of Intellectual Property.
Course Content Copyright concept, the concept of art and Copyrights, Definitions and Fine Arts area, Copyrights Practices in Turkey, Copyrights Practices in Turkey, Kors piracy.
