Objectives of the Course Aim of this course is to; introduce Kemalist thought, and to update in order to keep it alive.
Course Content Before Republic: Atatürk’s principles and the value of effectivenessof history and the concept of revolution. Progresses before Turkish Revolution: The progress in Europe. Otoman Empire and innovation activities. Political reforms. Words that beat the government. Armistices. Occupations. Attitudes. The great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and organization of Turkish peopleunder the guidanceof Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Atatürk’s struggles. Congresses. National treaty. The Turkish National Assembly. National organizations. The Nationalist Forces. Sevr binding. People’s refusing to Sevr. The period as regular, tidy military forces. Wars and conferences. Sakarya, İnönü… battle. Turkish foreign policy. Treaty periods.
