Objectives of the Course Explanation of video art's historical development. Providing information about video recording techniques and contemporary video art and learning how to record and edit videos.
Course Content General information about the components of the video technique. To examine and analyze important examples of video art. To re-compose the credits of a selected film with an original approach and to use experimental techniques. Learning to shoot self-promotional videos and upload them to social media.
Course Methods and Techniques To ensure the development of the project through presentation and criticism. Watching and discussing helpful videos on the subject.

2 The stıdent practices video shooting and creates original recordings. Learns to organize these records using a specific digital tool.
3 The student recognizes and analyzes important works of video art.
4 The student participates in national and international events/competitions with the video project they created.

6 The student will gain video editing skills. He/she will be able to cut, merge, add, and remove content from their videos. The student will also be able to analyze the effect of sound in video and use audio production tools.

4 Deciding on the animation project to be undertaken and planning the shooting. Sketches and scenario testing Students need to obtain a video notebook to follow the process
5 Project development and workshops The process should be recorded with photographs. 6 Developing models and setups. Evaluating the first video footage by making video shots and lighting adjustments.
7 Experimenting with assembling video footage. Video merging and cutting using mobile applications.
8 Free studio work and preparation for submission before the midterm.
9 Mid-term exam
10 Determining the new project through discussion (stop-motion or rotoscope)
11 Model and equipment preparation, camera shooting materials and trials.
12 Shooting according to the selected project. Work and production in a workshop environment.
13 Editing footage and adding sound
14 Completed videos will be uploaded and shared on each individual's own YouTube account. Collective evaluation and viewing will be conducted in the classroom.
15 Final exam Students are asked to share the links of the YouTube pages they have prepared.
