Objectives of the Course It is aimed that students experience the technical properties of paints, the color and texture properties of objects, and increase their perception level by taking advantage of the experiences of the masters.
Course Content Basic painting theories and concepts, visual and cultural knowledge and skills that can be analyzed in terms of technique and content in a formal period, the perception of painting as an original expression tool, studies that improve the competence of creating a visual language suitable for their own tendencies by experimenting with different techniques and materials and sampling them with works of art. .

1 Learn the organizing elements and principles of painting theoretically and practically.
2 Understand analytically different movements and conceptions in the art of painting in the historical process.
3 They can transform the use of materials and technical knowledge applied in painting into cognitive and psychomotor behaviors.
4 Establishes composition and knows the basic elements of composition.
5 She/He grasps the subject of landscape, still life and portrait and successfully develops these types of compositions.

2 Charcoal drawing exercises, proportion and volume.
3 Fast work from figures and evaluation on pre-Renaissance painting, analysis of the works.
4 Form, light shadow studies, determination of term papers. Evaluation on Renaissance Painting.
5 Formulation with line values, hand and foot studies. Evaluation on High Renaissance Painting.
6 Memory drawing studies, searching for new forms through deformation and stylization. Examination of the works belonging to the Mannerist period.
7 Theoretical knowledge and design process in figurative art.
8 Figure studies, internal dynamics of the figure.
9 Relationship between figure and space. An evaluation on the understanding of Baroque Painting.
